HORSEBACK RIDING AT EMBER RIDGE
We Welcome All Levels of Riders
At Coastside Horse Rides, we offer trail rides on horseback to the public at scheduled hours during the week and on the weekends and private rides (by appointment) @ $95 per person. Beginners to advanced riders ages 8+ are all welcome!
Our horses are seasoned veterans, safe, well-trained and friendly. On your scenic horseback riding adventure, you will ride up well-groomed trails which are part of the National Park Service's Rancho Corral de Tierra property including beautiful wooded trails with vista overlooks in the Rancho's 4,000+ acres of pristine Northern California wilderness. This area is home to towering eucalyptus, diverse ecosystems, and abundant wildlife and birds. Before you depart, you will learn basic horsemanship skills, safety tips and you are accompanied by a professional wrangler who will guide you through our extensive trail system in the Rancho.

Please note: We do have a weight limit of 200 pounds (fully dressed with shoes) for the safety of the rider and horse. All riders are required to wear a safety helmet, long pants and closed toed shoes with laces (no slip on shoes). Participates are required to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time to check in and saddle up. For the safety of all riders, those arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be prohibited from joining the trail ride without refund of deposit.
