- We reserve the right to refuse service if we have ANY concerns regarding your safety, the safety of others, or the safety of our animals and property.
- Minimum Age for a horseback rider: 8years old.
- Only 2 riders under the age of 18 allowed per ride.
- No Expectant Mothers
- Weight Limit: 200 lbs. Weight is fully dressed with shoes. All riders must provide height and weight when booking their ride. Weight verification is done on site before the ride. If a rider weighs in heavier than weight provided at booking, the rider will not be permitted to ride. No refund will be issued. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the ranch.
- Helmets are mandatory for all riders. We supply helmets if you do not bring your own.
- No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse a horseback ride to anyone who smells of alcohol, or anyone who seems to be “under the influence”.

- ALL PARTIES MUST BE AT THE RANCH 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME TO CHECK IN AND WATCH THE FULL RIDING DEMONSTRATION IN ORDER TO GO OUT ON THE RIDE.
- Rides ARE NOT DELAYED for late arrivals. No refunds or rescheduling will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. If your ride was booked with Groupon, the redemption code will be redeemed.
- While on horseback, you must wear long pants that completely cover the ankles.
- Shoes must be fully enclosed (no open tops, toes or heel), heels and soles must be flat and no higher than one-half (1/2)inch. Any kind of athletic shoe, sneaker is fine, however, please make sure the soles of the shoe do not extend beyond the sides of the shoe because that makes the shoe too wide to fit safely in the stirrups.
- No smoking, eating, or drinking allowed while on horseback.
- No backpacks, fanny packs, or carry-ons of any kind. Please, no loose clothing or clothing tied around your waist or around the saddle.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
- IF CANCELLATION OF A RIDE IS BY COASTSIDE RIDES DUE TO WEATHER OR TRAIL CONDITIONS, THERE WILL BE A COURTESY REBOOKING. No refunds are permitted for weather-cancelled rides.
- Coastside Rides has a 48-hour cancellation/rebooking/rescheduling policy for parties of 4 or less. Any cancellation that occurs with less than 48 hours notice to us will receive no refund.
- Cancellations received with 48 or more hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee per rider for Trail rides and a $75.00 per rider for private rides.
- No refunds, Groupon voucher will be redeemed for late arrivals or no-shows. If your ride was booked with Groupon, the voucher will be redeemed.
- If a rider is not permitted to ride for any reason mentioned (e.g. under the influence, late, unsafe), no refunds will be issued or Groupon voucher will be redeemed.
